japanese kite festival
legends and gods fighting
in the sky
Tiong Chunghoo: i have been working as a journalist for 20 years.
i stayed in japan between 1988 and 1991 learning
japanese and experiencing life in tokyo. i also worked
in a travel agency using my multi-lingual talents to
promote the company. i started writing poetry in the
early 80s, stopped for many many years until i came
back last year when i found the beauty of this form of
writing. haiku writing is something relative new to me
but i am now addicted to this form of writing. haiku
should be recommended to everybody especially children
because it has made me a more observant person.
cheers!
