night sky
in a hazy circle
the crescent moon smiles

Gillena Cox: Writing poetry is my dearest hobby, I enjoy the challenge of abstraction in haiku. Born 1950; married 1971 to Anthony Cox; we have a daughter - Yanda, and a son - Khama. I Live on the island of Trinidad in the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago where I work as a library assistant. I pose this question: Where would we be without love in this world?
